A subcontracting plan helps you change your business type to other than small businesses (OTSB). By selling your products or services through the GSA Schedule, you can make sales to state and local governments.

8. Novation and Name Change Modification

There are many legal documents involved in this matter, making it a matter that should be handled by a lawyer. Changing your company name or merging companies and retaining the GSA schedule will require submitting a modification.

9. Cancellation Modification

A Cancellation Modification will be used if you decide, for whatever reason, to cancel your GSA Schedule contract. The cancellation cannot be reversed after 30 days.

10. Mass Modifications

GSA-initiated modifications are different from contractor-initiated GSA modification services. Mass modifications are changes initiated by the government and affect all scheduled activities.
